Deferment

Any student who for a legitimate cause wishes to defer a semester should notify the office of the registrar of their deferment within the registration period given for a particular semester. The notification should be done in the prescribed manner and the registrar’s office has the discretion to approve or reject the application.

A student will not be permitted a deferment more that one academic year (2 Semester) consecutively.
