The Human Resource Management programme at Embu College is a competency-based course accredited by CDACC and designed to equip learners with practical skills in managing workforce operations within organizations. Human capital is one of the most critical assets in any institution, and this programme prepares students to recruit, develop, supervise, and retain employees in both private and public sector organizations.
The course emphasizes practical HR functions such as recruitment procedures, performance management systems, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with labour laws in Kenya.
Level 5 (Certificate): 3 Modules (3 Semesters)
Level 6 (Diploma): 5–8 Modules depending on progression
Each module represents one semester and follows occupational standards under CDACC’s CBET framework.
